The Dream Kings Leadership Program LLC, a Michigan-based Limited Liability Company, presents The Dream Kings Leadership Program LLC programming, curriculum, and materials for non-commercial use. Program participants are not members of The Dream Kings Leadership Program LLC or any affiliated foundation. The Dream Kings Leadership Program LLC is not responsible or liable for any mishaps, medical or otherwise, related to a student’s involvement in programming delivered by The Dream Kings Leadership Program LLC at any school, site, or location.

Unless otherwise noted, all materials—including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, written content, and other materials contained in any guide, publication, communication, or website of The Dream Kings Leadership Program LLC (collectively, the “Content”)—are protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress, and other intellectual property laws and are owned or controlled exclusively by The Dream Kings Leadership Program LLC.

The Content is intended solely for educational and program-related purposes associated with The Dream Kings Leadership Program LLC. Students and parents/guardians must retain all copyright and proprietary notices and may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or use the Content in any manner that suggests an association with products, services, endorsements, or brands outside of The Dream Kings Leadership Program LLC without prior written consent from The Dream Kings Leadership Program LLC.

Limitation of Liability

Participation in these evaluations is voluntary and not required. No personally identifying information will be attached to any results shared outside of The Dream Kings Leadership Program LLC. Aggregated and anonymous findings may be shared with current or prospective donors, funders, partners, or stakeholders for the purpose of demonstrating program effectiveness and outcomes associated with The Dream Kings Leadership Program LLC.

Film, Photography, Audio, and Media Permission

During programming conducted by The Dream Kings Leadership Program LLC, students may be documented through photography, film, video, audio, or other recording methods. Participation constitutes consent for these images or recordings to be used by The Dream Kings Leadership Program LLC in publications, reports, websites, social or digital media platforms, radio, television, press articles, or other media related to The Dream Kings Leadership Program LLC.

Such materials will not be sold for commercial purposes. The use of these materials is intended to provide the public with information about programs delivered by The Dream Kings Leadership Program LLC and to highlight student participation and impact.

Permission for Email and Mobile Phone Number Collection and Communication

For the purpose of communicating about current and future program opportunities, events, schedules, and alumni engagement, The Dream Kings Leadership Program LLC may collect email addresses and/or mobile phone numbers from students ages 13 and older. This information will be used solely for program-related communication by The Dream Kings Leadership Program LLC and will not be shared with third parties or used for commercial purposes. Participants may opt out of these communications at any time.

Trademark Policies

No participant, parent/guardian, organization, or third party may use the name, trademarks, logos, service marks, or branding elements of The Dream Kings Leadership Program LLC (collectively, the “Trademarks”) on any printed or digital materials—including but not limited to websites, social media platforms, apparel, flyers, brochures, banners, invitations, or business cards—without prior written consent from The Dream Kings Leadership Program LLC.

Hosting events, producing materials, or engaging third parties to use the name or Trademarks of The Dream Kings Leadership Program LLC without authorization is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate removal from all programs, recognition, or events administered by The Dream Kings Leadership Program LLC and may be subject to legal action to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Disclaimer

All materials provided by The Dream Kings Leadership Program LLC, including guides, newsletters, websites, emails, and supplemental resources, are for informational purposes only and are used at the participant’s own risk.

Any individual or organization that unlawfully uses the name or branding of The Dream Kings Leadership Program LLC is not a division, branch, affiliate, or representative of The Dream Kings Leadership Program LLC. The Dream Kings Leadership Program LLC reserves the sole right to prohibit any activity it determines to be offensive, harmful, unlawful, misleading, or infringing upon the rights of others or The Dream Kings Leadership Program LLC.

Assumption of Risk

The Dream Kings Leadership Program LLC does not provide medical or liability insurance coverage for participants, parents/guardians, schools, organizations, or third parties using Content or programming associated with The Dream Kings Leadership Program LLC.

By participating in programming delivered by The Dream Kings Leadership Program LLC, parents/guardians acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with their child’s participation, including the risk of injury or harm. Parents/guardians are responsible for determining whether participation in activities provided by The Dream Kings Leadership Program LLC is appropriate for their child.

Parents/guardians are also responsible for verifying that any interactions involving other participants or volunteers meet their own standards for safety prior to participation in group activities associated with The Dream Kings Leadership Program LLC.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Dream Kings Leadership Program LLC, including its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns, from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in programming delivered by The Dream Kings Leadership Program LLC or use of Content provided by The Dream Kings Leadership Program LLC, including any breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Photo and Media Release

In consideration of my child’s participation in programming delivered by The Dream Kings Leadership Program LLC, I hereby consent to the use, editing, reproduction, and distribution of photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, or written materials featuring my child for program-related purposes by The Dream Kings Leadership Program LLC.

I release and hold harmless The Dream Kings Leadership Program LLC and its representatives from any claims arising from the use of such materials across digital, print, broadcast, or online platforms associated with The Dream Kings Leadership Program LLC.
