William Malcolm is the Founder/ Director of The Dream Kings Leadership Program. The program mentors male youth in public speaking, project-based learning, social-emotional wellness, and leadership skills. So they can have strong, productive futures and live a life filled with Passion. Purpose & Power.

William has been a business and social entrepreneur for over 15 years. He is very involved in causes for positive change. Having founded his nonprofit, The William Malcolm Foundation. He continues to impact the lives of others through his many community initiatives. Including his work with the Dream Kings, a male mentor program & Suited To Speak, a youth public speaking initiative. Each week, William hosts The William Malcolm Morning Show, a positive weekly radio program that can be heard on FM 92.7 & AM 1500 WLQV Radio (Metro-Detroit Market).

An Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Incorporated member, William has received numerous awards and recognition for his community involvement. He was awarded a 2010 Detroit Chamber of Commerce Fusion Award, a 2010 Vanguard Award, a 2012 Molina Community Champions Award, a 2013 Black Male Engagement Award, a 2016 Spirit Of Detroit Award, and a 2019 Michigan Chronicle Man Of Excellence Award. He was named a Black Enterprise Magazine Modern Man.
