STUDENT VOICES
The true measure of our impact isn't found in statistics alone; it's found in the voices of the young men we serve.
Hear directly from Dream Kings participants as they share their experiences, personal growth, leadership journeys, and the lessons they've learned through the program. Their stories provide a firsthand look at the confidence, character, and purpose being developed both inside and outside the classroom.
Below, you’ll find impact videos featuring participants from several of our high school Dream Kings Leadership Program cohorts as they reflect on their experiences and share how the program has impacted their lives.
Directly below the high school students, you will find an additional video featuring several participants from our 4th and 5th grade cohorts. Hear from some of our youngest Dream Kings as they share, in their own words, what the program means to them and how it is helping shape their confidence, character, and leadership at an early age. You will then find a video of our high school induction ceremony at the very bottom of the page. From elementary school through high school, their voices tell the story of what The Dream Kings Leadership Program is all about: developing young men with Passion. Purpose. And Power.
From Potential To Purpose.
It is important for young men to be seen, heard, and encouraged to become the very best version of themselves. Below, hear directly from some of our high school Dream Kings as they reflect on their experiences, growth, and the impact of The Dream Kings Leadership Program.
The Future Is Already Rising.
In this special recap, some of our 4th- and 5th-grade Dream Kings share some of their favorite moments, biggest lessons, and the experiences that helped them grow in confidence, leadership, communication, character, and purpose. Their voices remind us why this work matters.

THE LEADERSHIP JOURNEY
The Dream Kings Leadership Program serves young men from elementary school through 12th grade, providing age-appropriate mentorship, leadership development, character education, public speaking opportunities, and community engagement experiences.
As participants grow and advance through the program, expectations and leadership responsibilities increase. For middle and high school Dream Kings, the journey culminates in a leadership rite of passage known as Earning the Brick (video below).
To earn this distinction, participants must demonstrate commitment, leadership, personal growth, and service. Along the way, they memorize and present inspirational works, complete community service projects, strengthen their communication skills, and embrace challenges designed to build confidence, discipline, resilience, and character.
The Brick represents more than an achievement—it symbolizes a young man who has tested his grit, developed his voice, embraced leadership, and committed himself to becoming a King filled with Passion, Purpose, and Power.
Please view the video below to witness this powerful rite of passage. The video captures a Dream King who successfully completed the requirements, earned his Brick, and was formally welcomed into the brotherhood. This milestone represents his commitment to leadership, service, accountability, and personal growth as he continues building the foundation to become a stronger young man and a King.
